Adapting to your new appliance:
Our primary goal is your satisfaction and the seamless adaptation of your new dental appliance to your teeth and mouth, ensuring optimal comfort.
The adaptation process typically ranges from one day to a maximum of two weeks. We recommend wearing your appliance consistently throughout the day, especially for the first week, before reaching out to us for any adjustments. This allows for the best possible fit and ensures your comfort in the long run. Feel free to contact us if you have any concerns or require further assistance after the initial adaptation period.
It's completely normal to experience feelings of irritation or discomfort when you first introduce a new appliance into your mouth. This initial sensation is expected during the initial hours of wearing the appliance. Your mouth may need some time to adapt, and these sensations usually subside as you become accustomed to the new addition.
All these psychological effects are temporary and will be resolved two week of regular use.

If you notice any unpleasant odor, soak your veneers in concentrated soap for approximately 1 hour. After soaking, carefully brush them with soap and water to ensure thorough cleaning and eliminate any lingering smell. This routine can help maintain the freshness of your veneers.
Flexible Denture/Flipper
Wearing your new partial denture is similar to breaking in a new pair of shoes. We recommend gradually increasing the wearing time each day to allow for a more natural and comfortable adjustment.
Chewing may be challenging initially, so it's best to start with softer, cut-up foods and gradually progress to other types as you become accustomed to the partial denture. Avoiding very hard or sticky foods is advised to prevent damage.
Speaking with the partial denture may also require some practice. Reading aloud and repeating challenging words can help improve pronunciation over time.
For the well-being of both your partial denture and your jaw, it's important to remove it before sleeping and reinsert it upon waking. - Avoid using toothpaste, as it can be too abrasive for denture cleaning. Some individuals opt for hand soap or mild dishwashing liquid, both of which are acceptable for cleaning partials.
- Daily brushing is crucial to remove food deposits and plaque, preventing permanent staining and extending the life of the denture. Use a soft-bristled brush designed specifically for denture cleaning, steering clear of hard bristles to avoid damage.
- To maintain the proper shape of the denture, keep it moist. Before bedtime, remove the denture and soak it in a suitable solution or water. This routine ensures proper care and longevity of your appliance.

A night guard serves to protect your teeth but may also increase saliva production in your mouth. Though natural, excessive moisture can affect sleep quality. A simple solution is to take a few sips of water before bed and swallow regularly while wearing the custom night guard.
Wearing a night guard may alter your bite slightly compared to without it. This is normal as the night guard creates a barrier between your teeth. There's no cause for concern; it's a typical part of wearing a custom-fit night guard.
Night guards are not indestructible and will wear out over time. The standard lifespan is six months to a year, depending on the type of night guard. If you observe signs of wear or damage, it's time to replace the night guard to maintain its effectiveness.
Caring for your custom night guard: After removal, clean the appliance with a soft denture brush and mild hand or dishwashing soap. Avoid brushing too harshly on the soft inner lining. Never use an abrasive toothbrush, like a denture toothbrush. Do not soak the appliance in mouthwash or alcohol-based rinses. Avoid soaking in bleach or harsh chemicals. Never boil the appliance, as it can distort. Soak your night guard in denture cleaner for a maximum of 20 minutes once a week. Store the night guard in a dry case when not in use.
